YDIF Equipped I/O Input Expander Unit for MTX Series

The EXi8 and EXo8 are part of the MTX matrix processor series. These 1U Rackspace analog expansion units feature simple YDIF connection via Cat5 cable and analog interfacing on Euroblock connectors.

EXi8 input expanders convert analog microphone/line audio to digital and transmits the signal using Yamaha's YDIF format. The EXi8's preamps can be controlled remotely from an MTX processor via Ethernet cable.
