Returns are accepted only if postmarked within the first 15 calendar days from the date of purchase. We only accept returns for merchandise that is deemed manufacturer defective or damaged/destroyed during shipping. Defective merchandise must be received back to our offices before any funds will be returned to the customer. Refunds will be issued upon confirmation by our staff of receipt of the product.
We do not accept "buyer's remorse" returns. If the item functions as intended, all sales are final.
We will exchange for the same product in the event that the original purchase is deemed defective. Exchanges can only be performed for the exact same product as the original purchase.
If your item is covered under a manufacturers warranty, we will assist you in shipping the item back to the manufacturer for them to repair.
TBTN Pro Audio also contracts local vendors for repair services in Los Angeles. Damaged products can be shipped to TBTN Pro Audio at the customers expense. Once the product is received, it will be forwarded on to a repair service and then the customer will be made aware of any charges related to repairing the item. The customer can then have the item shipped back to their desired location, at their expense. There is an automatic $45 handling fee for all repair jobs, regardless of outcome.
