  • Why are there products missing? Why can't I see prices?

We are a "members only" website.  If you are seeing blank spots on our site where you expect to see certain brands or products, not seeing prices, or are unable to add a product to your shopping cart, then you are most likely not logged in as a member.   • I see prices that seem too low or are obvious mistakes. Will you honor them?

Despite our best efforts, a small number of items may contain pricing, typography, or photography errors. Correct prices and promotions are validated at the time your order is placed.
  • What types of payments do you accept?

When shopping on our online store, we accept all major credit cards, Paypal, Android Pay, and Apple Pay.  Contact us by phone at 833-828-6776 regarding cash purchases. 

  • How much do memberships cost?

  • Can my friends get the same deal?

We are a members only site.  Your friends and family are welcome but they will need to sign up in order to use our site.  You can always purchase products for friends and family using your membership. 

  • Do you accept returns/offer refunds/exchanges?

  • Where does your company ship products? 

We have the capabilities to ship worldwide. We offer standard rates on all domestic logistics and can overnight products if the order is processed early enough in the day.   • Where are you based?

Take Back the Night Productions, Inc. and TBTN Pro Audio & Lighting are based in Los Angeles, CA.

  • Do you offer bulk/discount pricing?

  • So...you're a wholesaler?

No, we are a retail company, operating in a private sales environment not advertised or open to the public, thus allowing us to pass considerable savings on to our clients. We are a "buyer's club" for professional audio and lighting equipment. 

  • What do you do with my data? 

We do not sell your data to 3rd parties of any kind for advertising or any other purposes.
